Ever wonder what “Evacuation Day” is?  After a British-led, 11-month siege of Boston, the Continental Army pushed the Red Coats out to sea with cannons placed high above the harbor in Dorchester Heights.  The “Evacuation” is no now celebrated in Boston and Somerville on March 17 (“free parking” everyone!).

  • Total Availability (direct & sublease) ticked up, now at ~19.3 MM SFwhich equates back to ’07 – ’08 and the 2000 dot-com bust.
