  • However, an impressive 48 spaces cameoff the market equating to ~583,000 SF, mostly due to InterSystems’ 400,000 SF committed at 1 Congress (bringing the building to essentially full occupancy);
  • Total Availability ticked down in this period to ~15.5 MM SF.
